Hi, I'm Sanchia..

I’m Sanchia Watts, the founder, and my journey with sound began when I was just 14. Years later, after burnout, shadow work, and rebuilding my life from the inside out, I knew I was meant to create a space where people could finally feel safe enough to soften again.

What started as one class by the beach has grown into a thriving community, three beautiful locations, transformative retreats, and in-demand practitioner trainings / courses.

Here, healing isn’t something you “try” to do.
It happens naturally when your body is met with safety, sound, and presence.
