Hi, I'm Sanchia..
I’m Sanchia Watts, the founder of Sound Healing Perth.
My journey with sound began when I was 14, but it wasn’t until years later — after burnout, deep inner work, and rebuilding my life from the inside out — that I truly understood its power.
I created Sound Healing Perth to be a place where people could feel safe enough to soften again.
What began as a single class by the beach has grown into a grounded community, multiple locations, retreats, and practitioner trainings — all held with the same intention: to support the nervous system through sound, presence, and care.
Here, healing isn’t something you force or figure out.
It happens naturally when the body is met with safety.
Sound unwinds the nervous system.
The mind quietens.
Energy settles.
And the body remembers how to regulate itself again — gently, at its own pace.
Every detail of this space is intentional — the instruments, the atmosphere, the music, the way sessions are held — all designed to support you back into balance.
