Come home to yourself.
Your weekly hour to switch off the noise, slow your nervous system down and create space for yourself again.
Because when your mind is constantly thinking, planning, scrolling, working and looking after everyone else… sometimes you don't need another wellness practice to do.
You need somewhere you can do absolutely nothing.
Lie down. Close your eyes. Let us take care of the rest.
Weekly sound healing in Trigg + Victoria Park.
Because your mind was never meant to be “on” all the time.
You can be doing all the right things and still feel like your brain never really switches off. You're thinking about work while you're making dinner. Checking your phone while you're watching TV. Mentally running through tomorrow while you're trying to fall asleep.
Even when you finally get a moment to yourself… your mind is still going.
Sound healing gives you an hour where nobody needs anything from you. No emails. No scrolling. No decisions. No conversation. No trying to meditate properly or wondering if you're doing it right.
You simply lie down under a blanket while crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments are played live around you.
And somewhere in that hour, things begin to soften.
Your breathing slows.
Your thoughts become quieter.
Your body gets heavier.
For many of our clients, it's one of the only places in their week where they genuinely switch off.
And that's why they keep coming back.
There's a reason an hour of sound can feel so different.
Sound gives your attention somewhere to go. Rather than trying to force your mind to stop thinking, you're surrounded by layers of repetitive, immersive sound — allowing you to simply listen and receive.
As the session unfolds, many people notice their breathing slow, their muscles soften and their thoughts become quieter.
It's why an hour lying in a sound bath can feel completely different to an hour lying on the couch scrolling your phone. You're resting without all the usual stimulation.
No notifications. No conversations. No decisions.
Just sound, stillness and space.
You don't have to do anything at all.
You'll arrive to a dimly lit room, find your bed, and settle in under blankets and pillows. No mat to hold a pose on, no instructions to follow. Just somewhere soft to lie down.
Once everyone is settled, we begin. Crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes are played live, and the sound moves through the room and through you. People experience it differently — some drift somewhere between waking and sleep, some fall properly asleep, some just lie there and breathe. All of it is welcome.
You leave slower than you arrived, and usually a little lighter too.
Every session opens the same way: the space is cleansed, the candles are lit, and we take a moment together before the first bowl is played.
Don't wait until you're running on empty.
One sound healing session can change how you feel that day.
But the real shift happens when creating space for yourself stops being something you do only when you're overwhelmed… and becomes part of how you live.
An hour in your calendar that belongs to you.
A place you know you can come back to every week.
A chance to slow down before you're exhausted, overwhelmed or desperately needing a reset.
That's why we encourage consistency.
Come once one week. Twice the next. Find the rhythm that works for your life.
You don't need more discipline. You need somewhere that makes slowing down easy.
One hour, once a week, to remember how to slow down.
One session can change your day.
Consistency can change your rhythm.
We don't want you to only come back when you're burnt out. The goal is to build space into your week before you get there, not after. That's why our memberships exist — Frequency and Unlimited are the best value if this is going to be a regular part of your life, not an occasional treat.
Two rooms, held every week.

Held by someone who's done this for years.
Sanchia has been practising sound healing for 14 years. With a background in music, she founded Sound Healing Perth to bring that experience to the wider community, building the classes and spaces where people could reliably come to switch off.
She still facilitates regularly, and has built and trained the wider team of facilitators who now hold space across both Perth locations — so the experience doesn't depend on her personally being in the room.
A few things people ask
None at all. You don't need to know anything about sound healing, meditation or breathwork. You just need to be willing to lie down and let it happen.
You'll arrive, find your bed and settle in as the lights dim. Your facilitator opens the space, then plays crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes live for around an hour. There's nothing to do but lie there and let it happen.
Just yourself. We provide beds, pillows and blankets. Wear something comfortable you're happy to lie down in for the session.
Yes, most people do. It's a completely normal way to arrive, and you won't be the only one.
No. You're welcome to arrive quietly, find your bed, and settle in. Sessions are held mostly in silence, aside from the bowls themselves.
Completely normal, and very common. Some people fall properly asleep, others rest deeply without quite dropping off. Either way is fine, and there's nothing to "get right."
As often as you need — but the more people tell us, the more they get from coming regularly rather than only when they're already depleted. Many find weekly or fortnightly gives their nervous system more to work with.
If you're trying us out, start with Drop In or the Intro Offer. If you're aiming for roughly weekly, Frequency (up to 2 sessions a week) is built for you. If you want full flexibility to come as often as you like, Unlimited works out best value. See the full breakdown above.
Trigg, at Surfing WA, and Victoria Park, at Studio Vita — both in Perth.
Come back to yourself.
You don't need to wait until you're exhausted to give yourself permission to slow down. Make it part of your week.
