Service Description
Join us at Spanda School in Fremantle every Sunday from 6:45pm for a 1 hour sound bath to help you rejuvenate and recalibrate before the week ahead. Everyone is welcome! BYO: pillow for your head, a blanket, comfortable clothing, a water bottle and an open mind / heart. Street parking is available all around the studio. Please arrive on time - doors open at 6:35pm for a 6:45pm start. SPANDA YOGA SCHOOL IS ON THE CORNER OF SOUTH STREET AND SOUTH TERRACE!* Eat a light meal before and drink lots of water that day (as sound travels through us best when we are hydrated). We can't wait to have you unwind with us. See you there!
