Why I've Built This...
I built Grounded & Growing because I had a bigger dream.
I have a Master’s degree in Secondary Teaching.
I learned how to work within systems, meet expectations, and mould myself to fit frameworks that already existed.
But over time, I realised something didn’t feel right.
I didn’t want to spend my life reshaping myself to fit someone else’s version of success.
I wanted freedom.
I wanted spaciousness.
I wanted to wake up and choose how my days looked.
So I decided to create my own system.
A way of working that honoured my energy.
A way of living that allowed flexibility and flow.
A way of being of service without burning myself out.
Today, my life reflects that choice.
I wake up without an alarm.
My service-based business clears six figures with ease.
I work with a dream team I trust and genuinely love.
My days are spacious, creative, and aligned with how I want to live.
I didn’t build this life by pushing harder.
I built it by learning how to regulate my nervous system, trust myself, and create structure that supported my energy — not drained it.

It took me four years to figure this out on my own.
