No previous experience with sound healing or meditation is required. Everyone simply gets comfortable, closes their eyes, and receives the experience together.
We'll bring the sound to you.

We bring the equipment needed for the experience, including yoga mats, sound healing instruments and crystal bowls, and essential oils where suitable.
