Finally, a home of our own
From a few mats on the grass to a home of our own. I still can’t quite believe it.
The full circle moment
Some things just feel meant to be.
Mark, my mum’s husband, played such a special part in helping us find our home at Surfing WA in Trigg.
Before he passed away, he told me that if I ever saw a willy wagtail, that would be his sign.
When I went to view this new space in Innaloo, there was a little willy wagtail hopping around outside.
I honestly got goosebumps.
I know it might sound silly to some people, but in that moment, I just had this feeling that everything was falling into place.
And now here we are. Back in Innaloo, where so much of our story began. Only this time, we’re getting to build a home of our own.
What’s coming
A little space for whatever life is throwing at you.
Some days you need to move. Some days you need to lie down and do absolutely nothing. And some days you just need to be around good people.
I want this studio to be somewhere you can come for all of it.

A note from Sanchia
I think one of the biggest reasons I’ve wanted to create this space is because I know what it’s like to go through seasons where life feels really hard.
And I know how much it can mean to have somewhere you can go, take a breath and just be yourself.
You don’t have to be spiritual. You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to have your life together. You can turn up exactly as you are.
That’s the kind of place I want us to create. And I really hope you’ll feel at home here.
