– It will help you relax but showing up consistently will shift your energy, rewire your nervous system and teach your body how to feel safe again.

– But the right one will hold up a mirror and hand you tools so you can look after yourself and ascend. (That’s what I do — if you’re ready.)

3. You don’t always need another course — you need consistency and embodiment.
– Book the session. Do the integration. Repeat.

4. Your body is asking you to slow down. But you keep overriding it.
– That’s why sound healing exists. So you can finally stop, pause and listen.

I feel like I’m totally saying good bye to my old life / old self and starting to really transform and move into this new era / chapter! ✨🏡

Not much has really changed but also SO much has changed, anyone else? 😅

Winter is such a beautiful time to turn inwards and get clear on what’s got to go…✂️

I’m not normally too open or vulnerable on this platform but I’ve been doing some deeeeeep inner work with a new therapist over the last week and I feel like so much is clearing and releasing now. 😮‍💨

I’m slowly moving through some bigggg pieces that I know need to be cleared in order to feel comfortable and embodied in this new found peace I’ve created. 🏡🙏🏽

For the last 12 months I’ve swept some stuff under the rug and soldiered on. But with all this space around me now, there’s actually space for me to process some things… with compassion and kindness towards self of course. 🤍

I’m excited to continue on this path and dive back into all that needs to be realised to then be released. Humbled, open, willing and ready to see what unfolds from all of this spaciousness and freedom… 🌟

But also, I’m thoroughly enjoying just BEING in the world and doing those fun little human things that make life enjoyable!

That retirement village sound healing really did put life into perspective and I was encouraged by all of them to keep doing what I’m doing… so here I am, just showing up for myself so I can then show up for you… ⚖️🏉🥰🎶🎤🎹🌲

I was 14 when I walked into my first sound healing class... The initial experience felt like I was being wrapped up in a blanket of love but I also felt like I was being confronted with my biggest fear… I had to sit with myself. 😮‍💨

At the time, I was being badly bullied at school and my home life wasn’t always very “peaceful”.

So naturally, my nervous system was wired to protect myself and I found the anxiety in my chest all consuming… 😣😖

But as each bowl played, I began to breathe and soften. I naturally learnt how to self soothe in that moment and I taught myself how to let go by actively practicing it at sound healing. 🥺

Sitting with myself was a life skill that I developed early in my teens (thanks to sound healing) and this skill has DEFINITELY helped me ever since…

🌟 Here’s 10 noticeable things that happened after attending sound healing regularly for me personally:

1. It softened my overactive mind (I learnt to watch my thoughts rather than react to all of them)

2. It’s helped me sleep deeper and wake up feeling clearer

3. Sound healing brings me out of fight-or-flight and puts me into rest-and-digest

4. It’s allowed me to release stuck emotions I didn’t even know I was holding

5. Repaired my relationships with my self-worth and then my relationship with others - as it’s taught me compassion

6. Sound healing allows me to create a sense of safety in my own body (& therefore safety with others too)

7. It dramatically reduces my anxiety and has made space for joy, love and abundance to enter into my field

8. It’s helped balance my masculine / feminine energy and my moods (especially around my cycle) 🤪

I was 14 when I walked into my first sound healing class... The initial experience felt like I was being wrapped up in a blanket of love but I also felt like I was being confronted with my biggest fear… I had to sit with myself. 😮‍💨

At the time, I was being badly bullied at school and my home life wasn’t always very “peaceful”.

So naturally, my nervous system was wired to protect myself and I found the anxiety in my chest all consuming… 😣😖

But as each bowl played, I began to breathe and soften. I naturally learnt how to self soothe in that moment and I taught myself how to let go by actively practicing it at sound healing. 🥺

Sitting with myself was a life skill that I developed early in my teens (thanks to sound healing) and this skill has DEFINITELY helped me ever since…

🌟 Here’s 10 noticeable things that happened after attending sound healing regularly for me personally:

1. It softened my overactive mind (I learnt to watch my thoughts rather than react to all of them)

2. It’s helped me sleep deeper and wake up feeling clearer

3. Sound healing brings me out of fight-or-flight and puts me into rest-and-digest

4. It’s allowed me to release stuck emotions I didn’t even know I was holding

5. Repaired my relationships with my self-worth and then my relationship with others - as it’s taught me compassion

6. Sound healing allows me to create a sense of safety in my own body (& therefore safety with others too)

7. It dramatically reduces my anxiety and has made space for joy, love and abundance to enter into my field

8. It’s helped balance my masculine / feminine energy and my moods (especially around my cycle) 🤪
