Now is a really good time to look at where Scorpio is in your birth chart to see which area is most affected by this transformative full moon.

For me personally, my Chiron is in Scorpio… so this is feeling pretty intense and I know BIG things are shifting internally right now. Sometimes I feel like my energetic body has ascended into a totally new timeline because I can see it so clearly but my physical reality isn’t there yet which equates to a feeling of… “hmm”.

It may sound crazy but when you’re so attuned to your vision and you take a step back from absorbing so much, you can really hear and connect with your soul.

There’s a longing within me that constantly wants to break free and explore new territory and then this voice tells me “not yet”.

In between the death and the rebirth I call it.

It’s strange but my advice is…

Practice the laws of detachment

Have patience

Get your feet on the earth

Paint, create, dance

Breathe

& trust

Ever wondered why sound healing works? (And how it’s not all Woo-Woo)…

Your body is made of over 70% water — and water is an incredible conductor of vibration. When you immerse yourself in sound, your brainwaves begin to entrain to the frequency, guiding you into deeply relaxed states like alpha, theta and delta. These are the states where real healing happens.
