I’ve learnt to work smarter (not harder) over the years! Tapping into that divine feminine energy, prioritising rest, pleasure & play THEN balancing that with the discipline to get the job done lately. 🌸🤩🙏🏽

I’m no longer basing my worth of how much work I get done or how early I rise. It’s no longer about followers, likes or how many people validate what I do.

I’ve stopped caring completely about others opinions and I’m solely focusing on my path, the vision & the things I can create from the heart. 💫

Having a regulated nervous system, doing my own inner work & showing up to be of service with humility is what I’m all about right now. 🌱 I really do feel so embodied, content & at peace this year.

Constantly observing without reacting and learning to listen to my body without judgement or guilt. 💃✨🧘🏼‍♀️

I think many people create such a huge identity / attachment to doing “the work”… it’s a slippery slope that can definitely lead to a superiority complex.

The spiritual ego is something I’ve always wanted to avoid. To be a leader in this community is an honour… but the way I balance that responsibility out and stay grounded at the moment is through the occasional party / boogie with friends! 🥰💫💃🥳

Yes healing is important, shadow work is important, inner child work is important… but eventually there comes a time where it’s important to let yourself PLAY & be seen! 😆 There’s so much beauty in allowing yourself to share new experiences & check out of the “healing work” sometimes.

For so long I listened to the advice of others “don’t post that it’s not professional”, “you don’t look very enlightened in that so maybe don’t”… this constant emphasis & pressure to meditate daily & #beenlightened became exhausting. It was never me.

I’ve always LOVED music and dancing, so I want to showcase that now - because it feels true. To not show up here truthfully just wouldn’t feel right, I can’t fake it. 😅

At the end of the day your power lies in your ability to know yourself & to be unapologetically yourself. 🫶🏽

Yessss okay I’ll highlight that I meditate often, I go to therapy, I gym, practice yoga, journal, read the books, channel messages but then…

I also say f*ck it sometimes & we let loose with some beautiful friends consciously. 😍

Soooo I want to gently encourage you to stop playing small & to start TRULY embracing yourself & the things that bring you joy. ✨✨✨ Do what makes you happy (& disregard those that make you feel like those things are silly or wrong). It’s your life, go live it. Spark some joyyyyyy!!! 🤍🤍🤍 then balance it out with a sound bath & those other beautiful wholesome things that top up your cup. 🥰

You are loved, you got this. 😘

I’ve always LOVED music and dancing, so I want to showcase that now - because it feels true. To not show up here truthfully just wouldn’t feel right, I can’t fake it. 😅

Yessss okay I’ll highlight that I meditate often, I go to therapy, I gym, practice yoga, journal, read the books, channel messages but then…

I also say f*ck it sometimes & we let loose with some beautiful friends consciously. 😍

Soooo I want to gently encourage you to stop playing small & to start TRULY embracing yourself & the things that bring you joy. ✨✨✨ Do what makes you happy (& disregard those that make you feel like those things are silly or wrong). It’s your life, go live it. Spark some joyyyyyy!!! 🤍🤍🤍 then balance it out with a sound bath & those other beautiful wholesome things that top up your cup. 🥰

I’ve been to some awesome music events / concerts / gigs / festivals! It’s been really fun to shake it up & spark more joy! It’s the fastest way to shift energy & let go. 🥳 I finally feel like I’ve got my sparkle back after some challenging lessons from 2024! ✨✨

I used to think I had to hide the fact that I occasionally love a late night boogie on the weekends / getting out & about… I no longer see this as a shameful act but something that feels truly aligned with me & my soul! (If you haven’t gone out dancing lately then you absolutely should)!! 🌺

I’m determined to bring this balance into our community this year… we’ve got some really exciting ideas brewing behind the scenes!! 👀 Watch this space beautiful beings!
